I feel that i've been pretty spontanious with how i've been doing this blog. I have ideas for something and they just don't happen. Then i have ideas for other things and they get done right away. Who knows where this is all going? Haha! Well this idea i've had to do a Gundam Project has actually been lingering around a bit in my mind. I thought of it a while back but never did anything. Now i've actually started it.
To explain the Gundam Project, that i'm doing, i start by creating the orginal Gundam (the RX-78-2) and then create the other 6 Gundams using the original model. Now supposedly there is an 8th Gundam, but i don't know if there's any info on it. Anyway i have already started and have just created two new pages. One for the Gundam and the other for the Mudrock. I'm going to be building the Gundam and then altering what i need to to create the Mudrock as i go along. Then the other Gundams i'll probably do when i'm finished with the original Gundam. I'm doing the Mudrock first because i felt like it. Haha! I personally like the Mudrock a lot and thought about doing it on its own but then i realized i should build the original Gundam first and then do the alterations needed. Just so that i can use it as a template for my other gundams i'll do, to keep things similar.
I feel like this post has been pretty weird since i'm making pancakes at the same time as typing this. I think i've got the point across. Keep a look out for the gundams as i get going more on this project. I still need to to more with the Hyzenthlay. That'll probably be later unless i get inspired to do all those crazy parts. Which i might want to do soon. Haha!

Less talking more doing
Oooooookay! So just like the title of this post I've decided to do some things..... finally.... instead of writing about what i'm going to do and not do anything. Heheh! I've been playing Gundam Battle Operation quite a bit lately and like it a lot! With that i've been getting back into the One Year War era. And when i start getting into the one year war there are a few different mobile suits that i looooove! For the Federation my favorite mobile suit has always been the GM Sniper II. Not only is it the most powerful GM from the One Year War, it looks cool too! So i've decided to start doing a model of the Sniper II. I'm pretty excited for it actually! And i think its going to be easier to do than the more complicated mobile suits i have been working on. On that thought i'm having desires to continue the Hyzenthlay too.
Anyway i've got the head finished so far. It took a little bit of time to remember all the shortcut keys and everything but i got back into the modeling fairly well. You can go ahead and check out the new page i have for it to see its progress. I can't wait to get this one finished and doing some sweet pics with it.

Well then.....
OK!! So I had left the blog for a little bit. I was getting involved in some other things throughout the past couple of months. Mostly getting into some sim racing type stuff. I'm a huge Formula 1 fan and found some great sim racing leagues online.
Anyway, some of you might know of a new Gundam game that had just been released recently. Its called Gundam Battle Operation a "free to play" Gundam game you can download onto your PS3 through the Japanese Playstation Network. And I've got to put in my two cents and say that that game is a ton of fun! I never was able to play Operation Troy and loved the idea of being able to get out of your mobile suit and I was happy that Battle Operation allowed you to do that too! I know there are some people that have complained about this game (like the whole "free to play" thing isn't really what it seems, and the laggy-ness of the game) but i've learned to enjoy it and haven't had any problems with not getting enough rounds to play. I just recently ranked up to the third rank so i've been able to paint my MS! That has been fun! I've loved that they've implemented that in as well. Its about time a Gundam game did what it did with Battle Operation. I also love that it focuses on the One Year War mobile suits and battling. I'd recommend this game to any Gundam fan! You won't regret it.
Alrighty so moving on... I still hope to continue my 3d modeling projects. I've been out of practice for the past couple months but at least it hasn't been too long and i think i should be able to get back into it fairly easily. I'm hoping to have more stuff to add to what i have here already... which isn't that much. Also i've had another idea i've been wanting to do here. For the longest time i've been wanting to break down the Universal Century real well. I've been wanting to get a good collection of all the pilots and main characters that show up throughout the timeline, from the main series that we all know down to the side story characters and MSV pilots. Also i've been wanting to make a good database for the mobile suits throughout the Universal Century and the technology tree of how they each were created. That might go along with a timeline that i might do where i'll put my own notes and speculation that i have of certain events of the UC. Basically overall on my blog here i plan to really break the Universal Century down. I know there is the Gundam Wiki and other websites that do a good job, it just seems like they're all missing parts here and there. I hope to fill in all the gaps (even if its my own imput, and i'll let you know when i do that) and make a great source for anyone to find any information they want about the events that went on during the Universal Century..... Yes this'll be a huge task and a project that obviously won't happen overnight but it seems like something that'll be fun for me. I love researching Gundam material. Its just soooo in-depth.
Yep yep! So thats what i've got planned for this blog. I'll continue doing the same 3d modeling but i plan on adding in a new section of information. I hope you all enjoy!

Update
Alrighty... so i've been slacking a little bit lately on the blog. I've been pretty busy with having the new baby and everything. She's now home which has made things a bit more difficult to do anything. I still intend to go off my plans that i wrote on the previous post, but as far as how fast that'll all happen i can't tell. I haven't done any modeling for a while, although i'm hoping to pick it up soon. Also i just wanted to point out that i got myself the Gundam Unicorn game, for the ps3, for my birthday. And i'll tell you what. That game is sweeeeeeet!!! I'd recommend it to any Gundam fan. I made sure to get the version with the Delta Gundam. I just love that mobile suit! Anyway i hope to have some more stuff on here soon. Until then.....

Plans Plans Plans
I've been pretty excited to see a little more activity on my blog. Well, at least more page views. And this has made me want to keep my blog up to date with new material as often as possible. Especially since i currently don't have that much right now. Also who knows how legit those page views were. My wife mentioned something interesting, this blog is mostly for me. And thats pretty much true but i hope that doesn't become the case too often. I really am unsure of how many Gundam fans see my blog or even read anything i write on here. At least i'm getting my stuff onto the web here and that makes me feel like i'm accomplishing something.
Anywho, onto what this post is supposed to cover, the plans i have for upcoming models. Ooooooo! Like i said earlier, who knows if anyone cares. Lol! So, i just finished the base model of the Delta Gundam. I'm in the process of doing the shield now so i should get that done soon and then i'll whip out the rifle and then color it all. I'm realizing that i like my models best after they're colored. I still need to do better scenes with the ones i have finished and i also need to transform my Deltas that are finished into waverider forms. I haven't tried that yet and who knows how much i'll need to tweak. Anyway thats what i need to do with those. But i think what i want to focus on more after i get the Delta Gundam completely finished, is doing the Hyzenthlay. I have a little bit done and i keep meaning to get the legs going but i never get to it. Probably cause of these past events and then i really wanted to finish the Delta Gundam, which i thought was actually going to be quick... and it obviously wasn't. Yep so now since thats about finished i'm going to focus on getting as much done on the Hyzenthlay and that won't be easy or fast, but then i also want to do more of the Gaplant TR-5. So i think i'll switch between the two and do which ever one i feel like. But then there are some new ones i want to begin. I have plans (in my head) of starting the ReZel. I've already studied it a bit and feel confident about that one. Of course i'll do the commander type as well, and i plan on doing the defenser units for them too. That should be fun! Then a good variant of the ReZel is the ZII. I like that Z-MSV unit a lot and the ReZel is based off of the ZII so it should be pretty easy to create after i finish the ReZel. Yep so thats pretty much what i have planned for right now. I think thats good to keep me busy for a while. Too many plans would be overwhelming. Also i failed to mention that i want to do variants of the TR5 like the regular Gaplant and the Hrairoo and the Fiver and the Advance Hrairoo. Those will all come with time. Anyway thats it for now. I hope you all enjoy what i have coming up. I know i will.... and i guess thats most important.

Back Again!!
Soooooo things seem to be picking up again! My wife was released from the hospital on Thursday and she seems to be getting better... slowly. But i'm really glad that we're pretty much finished with all of that mess that we went through. Especially since today is my birthday. That was the goal, to have her out by my birthday. And thats the best present to I could recieve! Now the blog should start picking up again. I've already got some more things finished on the Delta Gundam. I hope to have that finished for my birthday as well. We'll see what happens. Anyway we're going to have a barbeque (i think thas how you spell it) here pretty soon so i better get going. I just wanted to give an update real quick on how things are going now. I was going to cover my plans with what i want to do for this blog but i'll do that in another post. Maybe later today if i can get to it. Well, until then...

Now life throws a slider....
Well things seemed like they were getting better for a couple days. I was back home with my wife and all but then on Monday we ended up back in the hospital. She had another absest from her appendix rupturing. So i've stayed here all week with her as she received another drain in her belly. Today she then got all the drains out of her and they were thinking she'd be able to go home but now they have found another absest! 'Seriously?!' is all i could think. That darn appendix messed things up inside her. Now they're saying she's going to have to have another surgery tomorrow to have the absest removed. I just feel so bad for my wife. This has been soo rough on her. Its all just been so hard. We're receiving support from family and friends and our new baby Saylor is still doing good but going through this after living a healthy life is tough. I've always hated hospitals. Living in one for 2 weeks has made me hate it even more. The nurses are usually nice and the doctors are usually good but still the overall feel here is just depressing. Anway i just needed to rant a little bit. I really wish we were going home today. Hopefully it won't be long. Until then the blog will be on hold. Have a great Easter everyone!

Somtimes life throws a curveball
So pretty much this past week has been a tough one. The good news is that everything has turned out the best it could. Just to sum up real quickly (cause there's a huge story that goes with it all), my wife got sick (with appendicitis that we found out later). Her appendix ended up rupturing. We took her to the hospital where we ended up having our baby at 29 weeks (11 weeks premature). My wife then had to have surgery to have her appendix and the rest of the mess in her cleaned out. We spent the whole week in the hospital and now here we are. We're both back home with our 10 month old baby Amrielle, and Saylor (the new born) is actually doing really good for being a premature baby. Her lungs are doing good and she's getting stronger. My wife is still recovering and its still not easy, but at least we have help and it seems like everything is now getting better. Everything could've been worse than it was and we're greatful for that.
Anyway that's just a little dive into my personal life. The blog will continue on of course. I'll probably slowly be getting stuff up again since i'll start to have more time to do so now that things are getting better.

Coming together
I just wanted to do a quick post update. Since my first post I have created some pages for the mobile suits i've got going right now. So far just the Delta Plus Prototype, the Gaplant Hrairoo, and the Hyzenthlay. I plan on making variations for the Delta Plus like the Delta Gundam and the Delta Plus itself. Also have been thinking of going into the Hyaku Shiki as well since the Delta Gundam pretty much is a variant of the Hyaku Shiki. Anyway the blog is coming along now. I hope you all are enjoying it.

The Beginning
Alrighty! I was thinking that I'd start this off with a quick background as to what I plan on doing with this blog. Recently I've started getting into 3d modeling, an art form I had always wanted to learn but never took the time to figure out until not too long ago. And since I'm a huge gundam fan personally I decided to create some mobile suits with what I learned. At first I had an idea to create a game or something with the models I would make but currently I don't plan on doing that. Maybe later on I'd do more but i'm having enough fun right now just creating 3d versions of different mobile suits that I like from different gundam series. I would like to give a shout out to Ivan who does the Anaheim Machines blog because he did give me the idea of doing a blog. I had decided to create 3d mobile suits before I found his blog, but he does some really neat stuff and I'd suggest checking his blog out. I'm not trying to out-do him or anything of that sort, since this will probably be similar to his blog. I'd like to think that its more of an addition to what he's done.
Anyway I hope to give some gundam fans more things to look at. I always like seeing cool pics of mobile suits! Thats another reason for this blog. Also just to point out I don't have a ton of work to show at this point but I feel I have enough to start this blog. So I hope you guys enjoy what I have to offer.
