Gaplant

 

Just to let you know i did this page backwards from my other pages. The latest stuff is at the bottom.....



Alrighty! So now that i got the Gaplant TR-5 together all i needed to do to create the Gaplant was change the head just a tad. I just removed the top part and made the part that the Gaplant has, the red piece. It was fairly easy.

 

 

Decided to add a floor. Heh! I usually don't do that but with this angle it makes it look better. With no floor it makes it look like its floating all weird like.

 

 

I wasn't liking the proportions that i had, especially with the leg part, so i did some tweaking and made it look better. Well better to at least to me. While i was working on making it look better i realized that there could always be more adjusting and it was driving me a bit crazy. So i kinda had to just leave it and not think about it. Looking back at it now, i think it looks good. 

 

 

 

I really wanted to not go ahead and do the my cell shading and do some cool texture or something but in the end i was driven back to doing the cell shading. And to tell you the truth i really like the way this turned out. The outlines and the solid coloring just looks clean and awesome!

 

 

 

Ok, so in the very end i was able to do the texturing and cool picture that i wanted to do. I worked on this picture for a while and i still believe that it isn't finished. I wanted to do more to it but it was taking up a bunch of my time. I scaled it out to work as a background for a 1080p widescreen tv. Heheh! It looks good on mine! But it works as a background for regular monitors as well. Anyway hope you guys like it.
